The Outer Banks
Several miles off the coast of North Carolina lies a narrow string of barrier islands.
The Outer Banks are almost 200 miles long but sparsley populated.
The population is spread over a series of small towns dotted like a string of beads north to south.
There are few oceanside entertainment or commercial districts. The beachfront is mainly residential, giving this isolated area a calm, peaceful atmosphere.
Creating an Astrology Braintrust
This isn't your ordinary Beach Hang. It's a gathering of astrologers with the intention of sharing and learning together.
Remember, there are no beginners here.
We have all made interesting and unique observations and correlations. Some of us have had epiphanies, some the occasional brain explosion.

Daily Astrology Braintrusts
Morning Lecture
These 30-60 minute lectures provide an opportunity for a thorough investigation. Q & A and discussion to follow.
Afternoon Chart Workshop
Gather round and study a specific chart as a group. The facilitator will get the first 10-15 minutes to showcase their deliniation techniques before the floor opens.
Evening Discussion
Ready for more casual discussion? Grab your favorite beverage and a comfy seat. We'll open with a 10-15 minute starter and open the floor from there.

Early Birds Take $200 Off!
Deposit and Billing
After being accepted to the Astro Braintrust Beach Hang
and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions,
a non-refundable deposit will hold your reservation,
Deposits are $500 per single, $800 per double. $1200 per triple.
Half of the total less the deposit will be billed 120 days prior to the start of the event (June 1, 2024)
and the remaining balance 60 days prior (July 31, 2024).
A variety of payment plans are available, please contact Kelly to make arrangements that best suit your situation.
Payment is accepted by direct transfer for no additional charge. Payments made through Venmo or PayPal will include a 2% surcharge using a personal account,
3.5% using a credit card.
Refunds and Cancellations
A cancellation by an accepted participant before 90 days prior to the start of the event (July 1, 2024) will result in a refund of one half of the event total less the $500/800 deposit.
A cancellation by an accepted participant 61 to 89 days prior to the event (July 2- July 30, 2024) will result in a refund of one quarter of the event total less the $500/800 deposit.
There are no refunds for cancellations after 60 days prior to the start of the event (July 31, 2024).
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES ARE FIRM
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
If a participant needs to cancel, they may potentially transfer their registration to another intermediate or advanced astrologer.
The responsibility of securing a replacement guest lies soley with the cancelling participant and
their inclusion is entirely at the discretion of Soul Honey Retreats/StarLove Specialty Events.
There is a $300 administrative fee for transfers.

About Kelly
Kelly McCardle is your enthusiastic hostess for this unique event.
She usually holds transformational women's retreats and is always on the lookout for great vacation homes on the Outer Banks that best meet her guests's needs.
Seeing this incredible home's prime location and great design,she immediately thought it would be a great place for a group of astrologers to hang out and talk astrology.
Kelly has studied astrology since 1990 and has often found it a lonely pursuit.
Making a connection or having a revelation isn't quite enough
until it's shared, debated and looked at from different angles
so she created an event to provide a space for astrologers to spend time together
that was more personal than a convention but large enough to get a variety of views.
Kelly lives on her family farm with her husband, daughter, two dogs and two cats.
Along with her interest in astrology, she teaches yoga, creates and hosts retreats, practices Ashtanga and Reiki, and generally tries to be a force for Good in the world.
